M&P45c, I hear they're pretty hard to find right now. Awaiting my kydex scabbard from White Hat Holster... anyone else shoot one of these??

I put about 40 rounds through it the other day, REALLY smooth .45 crazy accurate as well. I dig.

I haven't shot a compact but I have shot the full size 45 and I really liked it. I've thought about picking one up to throw in the carry rotation or pick up a full size as a bed side gun. Either way you can't go wrong with a M&P!

Yeah I really like that it has a 4" barrel and not a 3.5"... Grip is still nicely and small, fits my hand great.

Same here. The full size is a real sweatheart. Haven't shot the compact yet, but hear lots of love from the folks that have them.

Yup, just got off the phone with S&W, they're sending me another extended magazine floorplate, no charge. Great company.

I had to add some short extenders to my Glock 36. Little sucker tries to squirm right out of your hand. :pleased:

did they use the same approach Springfield did with the XD45 and leave the fullsize slide and just chop the grip down?

Yeah it's just a shortened grip. But it conceals pretty well. Not bad for carring 2070gr of lead. ;-)

not at all. makes for a more controllable gun too. hardest part about tucking the XD Service is the big freakin' grip hanging out.
