If the folks in question cannot PROVE that they are eligible to vote the State of Florida has the DUTY to prevent them from voting in the State of Florida's elections.

Just like if I cannot PROVE that I am over 21, the local liquor store has the DUTY to prevent me from buying alcohol from their store.

This United States Department of Justice is apparently engaging in conspiracy to commit (or at least is an accessory to) illegal election engineering.

Wan't it just a few years ago when the Democrats held up an entire Presidential election because they wanted to make sure that the FL elections were on the total up and up, making sure to count the chads, disqualify the hanging chads, etc?

I thought that the constitution says it is up to each state to appoint Electors, who in turn will elect the President. It is up to each state to determine how they want to choose those Electors. Sounds to me like this is a case of the Fed overstepping their bounds and messing with State Rights.

He should be in prison. Start it with short stay for contempt of Congress with the Fast and Furious thing, and add charges once he's in.

I think he's part of the racial problems we have. Fast and Furious, NBPP and Arizona should add several years.

Also should go back to when he worked for the Clinton regime and those pardons.
