I really enjoy watching Gene and Shannon in this show. He's not what I would have imagined.

I watched it a lot in the past.

I really like Chaim Wietz AKA Gene Simmons. He and his family seem to be good people. Not what I thought a typical rock star family would be at all.

Two most memorable episodes for me were:

The episode where he visited family and his fathers grave in Israel.

Also when he visited the Anne Frank house.

I've not seen it in a while since I dropped cable TV for Roku and 105Mbps internet service. I think I can watch it on Hulu via the net, though.

Simmons is a shrewd businessman and is one of the major reasons KISS was such a huge success. I don't watch the show, but the times I have heard Simmons interviewed I have been very impressed with how intelligent and educated he is.

Gene Simmons' show is pretty refreshing compared to Ozzy Osbourne's show. Gene can communicate clearly, no drugs, and his kids are respectful and loving. I'm not a regular viewer but I have been impressed by what I have seen. I guess he's too clean to be a role model today. I think today that requires a rap sheet and a foul mouth.
