Need help with identifying this

I've been going thru my Mom's stuff since she passed and this serving platter was one of the items. Most of her stuff was passed to her from my grandmother and who knows how long before that. This doesn't appear to be too old but you never know. I wouldn't want to sell this in a yard sale for $2 if it's worth much more.

Anyone recognize this mark?

I don't know how old it is, maybe not what you

would call antique, but is a pretty nice looking

serving plate. If I guessed at a price, it would be

wrong. Anything else that might match with it

hanging around?
