Took my youngest out when a friend wanted to check out a few new aquisitions from a trade. Aiden wanted to shoot my side arm and the Nagant as it was in the trunk. Second time for the 9mm and first trigger pull on the Nagant. Just wanted to share.

Man... bringing back the memories. My son shot 22's from about that age until he was 11 or 12. I was up at the folks land plinking and he decided he wanted to shoot the sks and the 870. He was pretty light then and both would have tipped him over if I didn't back stop him. You could tell he was a bit sore but he handled it. Pretty soon after that we had a clay pigeon thrower and he was banging them out of the sky...
