My Projects

Here are some of my latest projects that I've got done. I've been experimenting with color mixing to get some of what you see here.

This is a GA Precision AR-10 in 6.5 Creedmoor that was done in a 2-tone flat dark earth and darkened flat dark earth. I later went back and made the dust cover match the rest of the rifle and didn't think to take any more pictures.

Next up is my Remington 870 with the Talo stock set on it. I've been wanting to match one of the colors in the digital pattern for a while now and just got the time finally. I went with the lightest color on the stock set to match. I may redo it in one of the darker colors, it was a mix of coyote tan and desert verde (this one is more green than tan, I like it). I will be refinishing the mag tube in black as well, for now it is the factory finish. Here is the before and after.

Lastly, this Springer came to me after having been all over the US getting work done to it, it's been dimpled by a guy out west and hand fitted by another individual. It was originally all semi-polished stainless and it left me in a graphite black, still shoots smooth and true.

Also I'm planning on making a photo box for future projects, and I'm experimenting with some "flair" in the pictures with it.

Also if I have any other future projects I'll probably just add them to this, and as a teaser I've currently got a Howa 1500 in 300BO that is getting it's new skin right now, this one is a project though.

Enjoy,

Chris

That Creedmore should be a one grouping baaaaad boy! Love it. You'll have to do a range report once you find a load it likes and dial it in.

Thank ya'll. I like doing this kind of stuff, the camo patterns are my favorite. You never know how it's really going to look until it's completed. I'll have to get some pictures up here to show you what I mean...The rifle I'm working on now is a surprise for the individual so I may not be able to post pictures until after, but they will get up here.

The 6.5 had to go back before I could get any rounds through it. Brandon was able to do the test fire for me though, he likes that kind of stuff. I do the work he gets to play with it.
