powder and temperature

Is there a powder that isn't so sensative to temperature? Last fall(70* and in shade) I was shooting 1/2 groups out of my remington 700 30-06, I was shooting this last friday(90* in the sun and hot!) and I could only get it to shoot a 1 1/2 group. didn't make me very happy at all, I would like to try a powder that will give me great results in all temps if possible. Right now I am using nosler brass, 165gr balastic tip bullets and IMR 4350 powder. I use this rifle for hunting, so, it will normally be used in november or december when it is cold. If I can't get it to shoot, I will just use my 458 socom, it shoots 1 big hole at 100 yards. I have plans for the 700, I am thinking about a new fluted barrel. pictures of before and after, if I do so, will be posted!
