The Left Says: Fraud 'an accepted way' to win elections

Fraud is pretty much how Bush won in Florida, whats the difference?

I remember there were lots of accusations that Bush "stole the election", but I've never seen any proof to that effect.

A lot of folks believe, the outrage on the the left was, that Gore fell short and didn't steal it good enough!

Anyways, I call "1911 versus Glock" on this . . . (knowing in my heart the superiority and purity of the 1911 and the Right . . . )

Picture ID for all voters, vote once, empowered & vigilant poll watchers, and NO DEAD PEOPLE for all elections. May the best team win.

There should be long prison sentences for any voter fraud conspiracy. Only in Amerika can dead people vote. Yeah, I guess it was Bush's fault that JFK got elected in 1960 as a result of the dead votes in Chicago. The Libtards wrote the book on voter fraud, and no one can deny it. The commies are going to cheat this time around also; that's what community organizers do.

Anybody fed up with all this crap in America?

When it comes to stuff like that, both parties are sleazier than a New Orleans hooker. MOST folks acheive power by lyin' and cheatin'. Don't think it matters which pin you wear.

He certainly would not have been worse, and Gore winning might have put the kabosh on our current Manchurian president.

Think about that.

A simple "up" vote was not good enough to express my agreement with your post Mike.

The constant indignation aimed at Dems ticks me off. There is no real difference between the two major parties. They are both filled with guilt.

While this is partially true, there is a HUGE difference of 'Dems' from the 1950's and 1960's and what calls itself a 'Dem' today, but in reality is a socialist liberal. Most 'Dems' of today are nowhere close to being a democrat, nor close to being democratic. Today's Dems want absolute control, do-as-I-say not-as-I-do, free speech for them but no one else, bigger government, socialism in every aspect of our lives. FDR was on the road to that, JFK not so much so. Obama, Gore, the Clintons, Pelosi, Bloomberg, etc....all HUGE socialists, not very democratic. Ironically, today's Republicans have become what Dems of the 50's and 60's were. We need true conservatives in office, not Dems or Repubs.

Egyptians vote in first free election in nation's history

http://video.foxnews...aylist_id=87485

At 0:43 - "...in the United States we take for granted a free and fair election..."

Purple thumbs. That's what we need here. One person, one vote. ID required.

I would love to see some sort of indelible ink mark applied to those that voted. It would eliminate 90% of the fraud that goes on.

I would also like to do away with any and all forms of absentee voting. All voting must be done in person because if a person is that worried about who they are voting for they can at least show up in person. For military they would vote just like everyone else, in person. Voting while abroad might have been an issue 30 years ago but now with everything being instant because of modern communications there is no need to fill out a form then mail it in. Most voting machines are electronic anymore anyways so instant counting is easy.

Something else I would like to see is voting times extended to 24 hours. And all polls across the nation open and close at the exact same time. There is no excuse as to why they couldn't make it in person within 24 hours. And for that day make all public transportation free.

Make all voting machines electronic and make the results available instantly. That is when one person casts their vote it will be visible in the on going tally before they even exit the booth. And the presidential tally will not be part of a precinct or a regional result but will be part of a national tally. The presidential tally needs to be displayed live on public television for the 24 hours that the polls are open. And the winner will be obvious within minutes of all the polls closing. No more waiting and counting results for hours because they just allows those who are corrupt to alter the results.

I also believe anyone that has no reportable income and is on welfare or public assistance, other than unemployment, should not be allowed to vote. Only those who actually contribute to the system should be allowed to vote to make changes to that system. On top of that I do believe that those who have paid all their debts to society for their crime(s) should be allowed to vote. But if they are still on probation, parole or on a sex offender registry should not be allowed to vote. And finally, anyone who has ever been convicted of voter fraud should be barred from ever voting again regardless if they have paid all their debts or not.

It is a sad state of affairs when the winner of American Idol had more votes than any president in history. And I know that those who vote on American Idol winners can vote more than once but that is also the case with our political elections any more.

Mike.357, show the evidence about Bush in Florida. Also, were those 150-200 thousand illegal voters Florida

found out about, possibly the ones to do with Gore being close with, or did Bush add them? A huge line of

conspiracy, either way, huh? Florida just found all those illegal voters, recently. Must have been Bush's

fault.

Yep, it's Bush's fault. If Gore could have only fooled the people of his home state Tennessee, he would have been the Pres. instead of Bush. Looks like they didn't cheat nearly as much as they needed in 2000. Gore could take a lesson from the community organizer and Acorn.

What i know about voting issues in Florida come from first hand experience.

On the ballot machine i used to vote in that election Pat Robertson's name was directly below algores. The names did not line up with the appropriate holes. With the least amount of poor eyesight or carelessness one voting for gore easily would have punched for Robertson. Proven by the ridiculous amount of votes Robertson receieved from Delray Beach precincts. Delray is/was overwhelmingly based with Jewish population. Jews would absolutely not be voting for Robertson, yet he received a ridiculous amount of votes there. IIRC he carried one precinct that was almost entirely Jewish.

Just saying what i know first hand.

I heard all that, but how did Bush do that? And blanket statements saying they are all fraudulent

don't stack up with who is routinely caught. There are some Republicans that have engaged in voter fraud,

but the number of incidents and the amount of votes cast for democrats fraudulently far outstrip your

claim. Doesn't make it right at all, but it tells something about the process and who embraces it the most.

How many Republican groups are like ACORN? Why is it that the Democrats and groups like the ACLU

and NAACP oppose voter ID laws? The evidence on this is obvious when you see all the Dem politicians

making claims about it being unnecessary that people identify themselves with picture ID to be able to vote.

Show me the evidence where the Republicans are instigating massive voter fraud. I'm sure you can find a

source for Republican massive voter fraud, can't you?

An argument that legitimate voters should be able to identify themselves with picture ID would put a stop

to this on both sides. Why do you and I have to prove we're old enough to buy liquor and tobacco and not

have to prove our identity when voting? Even those petitions in the Scott Walker recall had multiple

signatures from the same people in the count to force the recall. Not saying it mattered in the final count,

but it could have. People admitted to having committed fraud in front of the TV cameras to that.

Blanket statements are disingeniuous attempts to evade the truth by assuming some information while

ignoring other.

Republicans can not get away with cheating because the liberal press would leave no stone unturned to discover it where as they dismiss the Dems cheating as normal.

The problem with things as I see it is we have a ruling class now in Washington. They make rules that the rest of us have to abide by and exempt or ignore themselves from those same rules. Why did our elected leaders exempt themselves from Obama care, forced Social Security payments? Why if they serve one term do they get paid for life and free (to them) medical care? The last time I was in D.C. they even had their own lane to drive in so they would not be bothered by the traffic the rest of us had to endure. Would we look at laws differently if we new everybody else had to abide by them except us, and the only way we could continue to get away with this is to get reelected? This is not a Democrat or Republican problem, though at this time the Democrats seem to be worse.

Our elected leaders should have to live by the same laws they force on everybody else, this has been brought up by a couple of Republicans lately with no support from the real powers to be.

I never said Bush did it. The repubs were in power in florida at the time so their appointee controlled the voting process.

All i am saying is both sides cheat, not just democrats

They did the recounts and all that crap for a couple years after the election , and still concluded that Bush won. Gore would have been even worse than what we have now . so suck it up Mike.357 put your big girl panties on and go vote
