Opinions on Rocky Williams Chrysler dealership?

Recommended Posts

I'm considering buying a car from Rocky Williams in Lebanon. Has anyone had any experience with them, good or bad?

I'm from Clarksville. Sadly, the car dealers here all have the attitude that customers are idiots who aren't smart enough to know when they are getting ripped off.

Are the folks in Lebanon better to deal with?

I tried to buy a Jeep from them. They jerked me around. I ended up buying from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Franklin and they weren't much better. I've heard mixed reviews about Bob Frensley so I didn't bother looking there either. The only Dodge dealership I've dealt with yet that I haven't left with a bad taste over is Beaman in Murfreesboro, and I've only used them for parts.

Sigh. I suppose all car lots are the same. I can't understand why they want to play these head games and make the process so difficult.

I've never bought a car from Rockie but he used to go to the same church. He's was a good man then and I don't know why he would be any other way now. So I'll give Rockie Williams, the man, an A+!

We looked at a Town and Country Loaded mini van, I was going to get that for my wife and buy myself a Challenger SRT, the salesman must have called my house 15 times in a 24 hour period, He was way to pushy that is why they lost my Buisness
