I picked up a Zeiss 6.5-20x50 Conquest scope and I think I will put it on my Rock River 308 But I may also use it on my 24 in 223 AR.

What mounts and or rings would you use and why?

I maybe looking to swap it between the 2 guns. Looks don't matter just form and function.

here are the 2 guns it will be used or maybe just the 308.

I have now put Burris Signature rings, with the offset-able inserts, on three of my rifles. With the rings you can make course adjustments to zero your scope. Then you have a lot more adjustability left in the turrets. Since you are not using as much of the scopes adjustment, the innards of the scope stay more in the center which ultimately is what we all want.
