Trouble with listing classified ad

I got this error [#10CFDM2024] You do not have permission to list adverts.]

I sent a message yesterday but didn't get any response (not sure how long I was supposed to wait) so figure I would post it here in case admins see this more frequently. My benefactor subscription should be current and I can even take a screenshot of my PayPal if needed. Please advise. Thanks!

Edit - Just noticed that my avatar no longer says TGO Benefactor. But I did pay though, so let me know if I need to post the screenshot.

The forum will process this for you automatically once your payment clears with PayPal. If your PP account did not have the necessary funds or if it processed as an electronic check, it can take several days.
