Range USA in Jackson rifle rated?

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I was just browsing on Range USA's website and it says that there is a side of their Jackson range that is rifle rated for most centerfire calibers. Anyone shoot their AR's there yet? Are there any restrictions or anything and can we bring our own ammo? And how long is the range? I would love to go there to shoot or to zero my sights and whatnot as an alternative to driving to Natchez or signing up for a membership at MSSA or the Desoto club.

(I do realize I can call, but figured I'd get some opinions as well from here)

Just called them and spoke with them. For any interested, the range is 25 meters and you can use any ammo, including M855, but no ammo designated as armor-piercing and no tracers. Also, memberships at the Memphis location also carry over to the Jackson location.
