Does this mean that Obama is gonna join his thug friends Black Panthers and threaten anyone who don't agree with their Marxist policies? Bring it on.

Yeah. The trouble, however, is that those idiots are in charge of our country! :stunned:

And why is that?

Because fricking paulbots would rather see liberal idiots like BHO and Biden run this country than sucking it up and standing with the R-nominee!

:wall: sorry, couldn't help it.

When the Rs submit a suitable nominee, I'll stand with them.

Suitable to just you or the rest of us?

Not since Reagan has there been a "suitable" nominee IMO. Got to stop the other side somehow or they'll just keep gaining traction, or we will end up like France. BHO won't have to hide his socialist agenda, he'll run on it.

Not trying to sound like a smartass, but, what are your convictions that lead you to a choice

to accept the status quo? It's not that anyone around here dislikes Paul, but more of the

probability of his success.

As in a game of poker, there comes a point where you have to cut your losses, don't you?

Some people don't know when to cut their losses. They are the ones that walk away empty handed instead having something to show for their efforts.

I believe in our Constitution. I've seen no evidence that either Obama nor Romney has any regard for it whatsoever. The same goes for the entire structure of both the Democrat and Republican parties. I do not intend to vote for socialism; neither the fast nor the slower acting version. I do not vote to be "on the winning side". If I get beat, and will, I still voted my beliefs. If you can't understand that, I'm not sure how to better explain it. If more people voted their true convictions, we could have some decent choices.

In a certain town a high-stakes poker game was formed. Ten people were able to come up with the high entry fee. There were many others who were really good at poker who couldn't come up with the fee, even though many, many of the towns citizens would have liked for them to be in the game. The cards were dealt, hands were played, then it was down to two players. Neither were the player that most people would have liked. The final hand was dealt, the bets were made, all-in. If Player-A wins, three-fourths of the citizens would be executed and their homes and belongings would go to the remaining citizens. If Player-B wins, no spectacular promises were made, but no one will be executed and Player-A and his gang will be banished from town. More than three-forths of the citizens were hoping that Player-B would be the winner.

We play the cards that we are dealt. No one can say that they don't care who wins or that they have no interest in the outcome of the game. Wishing and hoping that Player-C or D or E were still in the game is not going to change the outcome of the game at this point. It's down to Player-A and Player-B. The final outcome, depending on who wins, is clearly known. Live or die. It's the same as the decision one needs to make when a hand-grenade lands ten feet away. You can stand there and do nothing and die, or dive for cover and live to fight another day.

Voting for Ross Perot (anyone other than Obama or Romney) is a vote-splitter and gives the vote to Obama by default. Voting for Obama gives the vote to Obama. Voting for Romney gives us the possible chance to survive the blast and fight another day. Losing to Obama for ANY reason most likely means - GAME OVER. No amount of convictions can recover from that. Enjoy slavery, enjoy rationing, enjoy curfews, enjoy lack, enjoy shortages, enjoy being told what to do and when to do it, enjoy complete loss of freedom. Enjoy socialism.
