Civil War buffs... commermeration event May 12 in Lebanon, TN

The Gen. Robert H. Hatton Camp 723, Sons of Confederate Veterans is planning a rededication of the Hatton monument on the Lebanon town square May 12th at 10 a.m. It should be great event with lots of reenactors in period attire and several artillery pieces. There will be several speakers and the unveiling of a bronze marker noting the 100th anniversary of the placement of the monument. Many of the General's descendants will be there along with a number of descendants of the 7th Tennessee, General Hatton's regiment. If you're interested in Civil War history in Lebanon, this will be a great event to attend.
