One thing I don't like about the Walther is the mag release. For some reason they placed it under the trigger guard next to the grip. When I was shooting my friend's P22, my grip was such that I kept pressing it down and releasing the mag when I was shooting. He had the same complaint as well. Other that it was an OK piece.

I like the Walther better... I've read negative things about both but I've never had any issues with mine other than it being picky about ammo (which is pretty much standard for MOST .22s). If I could have a do over I would honestly go with a Buckmark, though. Don't get me wrong... the Walther is cool and all but if you want to have more fun AND accuracy in the same package I'd go with the Browning or the Ruger .22.

I had a very early Mosquito and it was not accurate at all. i traded the Sig and picked up my Walther P22 'special edition' and havent looked back. The Walther is a great shooter and super accurate and feels like an extension of my hand so you wont go wrong with a P22. Im also a huge Sig fan and i hear they have the problems worked out now and i would happily give the Mosquito another try now. You should just go with whichever feels right for you.

I have a Sig. Mosquito & think it shoots true I even used it to get my carry permit. I like the looks of the Walther though to. I have never shot one of those though. I would be curious to compare the two @ the range. I do have to say that the Mosquito is picky on ammo, but I think you are going to get that with either of these unless you get a Browning or a Ruger.

I recently had the chance to play with a Mosquito, and WOW that thing was sweet.I have never picked up a gun that gave me that kind of accuracy with the first shot.

A Mosquito is now on my wish list.

And if it helps any, the accessories are plentiful for the walther. Silenced......I can wish can't I?

Both guns are very easy to set up as suppressor hosts.

I prefer the Sig over the Walther because the size of the Sig makes it feel like a real guns, not a toy.

I can attest to the accuracy of this gun....well, not in my hands, but in his hands he can dance all day with it. Based on looks, I like the both the Sig and the P22, but I guess I'm just a Ruger or Smith kinda guy. I like my 22's long (read into that as you wish ). However, all of this talk about suppressor's on here lately has goten me to itching.
