She would be finding a new boyfriend.

Agreed! And, by that I mean: Her and her stuff would be in a cab that very night!

Martin was convicted of six felony drug counts last November and received a seven-year probated sentence, police said.

What in the heck was he doing loose after 6 felonies?! I want his lawyer's number, just in case I ever need one!

His seven-year probation sentence has officially been terminated.

Maybe, but I bet it was a Glock ar-15ak47 assault rifle!

I bet that kinda scary sounding gun fires 38 mm special caliber magnum rounds or some such.

I was impressed, they could have said: "Moffit, who is a gun nut and had assault weapons in the apartment..."

That's because Gail Kerr or some other Tennessean reporter didn't write the story.

I'd bet that Gail is disappointed with the bias of this story.

I'd bet gail is disappointed that prunes just aren't working anymore.

I think they do still work. She seems to fill a page with excrement a couple of times a week.

This is someone that should have been in prison instead of roaming around with a probated drug sentence.

His atty and the judge should be jailed for putting him on the streets.

...and mess up the field test of an AR-15 as a home defense weapon? The price of progress can be high sometimes.

How long until the family of such a scumbag sues the court/judge/etc.? After all, if the poor lowlife was in jail/prison getting the help, rehabilitation and counseling he needed he might still be alive. Instead, that mean ol' judge just turned him out on the streets, knowing he could be a danger to himself and others.
