Any Jack Reacher novel readers?

OK, Motasyco, you are now officially on my crap list. Bought 11 Reacher novels in the last 2 days, and while in Cookeville this morning found about 20 of the Prey series

and a ton of Reacher copies . When I told the older gentleman and his wife, who own and run the store btw, what I was looking for; he led me to the back and pointed to a large shelf unit full of both series of bokks and said go to it. I stopped at 3. My wife came in wondering what was taking so long.

The owners started a list of what I bought for me and offered to hold the rest til I go back next weekend. Very nice people. A very dangerous place for me to go.

Guns and books. Expensive habits. I believe you had the book addiction before I was involved. I hope you'll take me off your crap list after you read a few. Maybe you can suggest some of your favorites. I need to build up my "to read" list. I'm down to about ten books. If I get to down five, I start sweating and get the shakes.

Again, Reacher, don't worry too much about the order. The Prey series, try to consume in the proper order. Much better that way. I would say it's my favorite series.

I get to Cookeville occasionally. Can you hook me up with your dealer...oops...I mean...care to share the name of the book store?

Ok, you are officially a good guy again. Reading that much is sad enough, without bing on another banned list.

I've read so much, so many different genre, that I can't half remember what I've bought anymore. But you are right,I was hopelessly addicted long ago, I just find a new form of "drug" every now and then.

Although I grew up just down the road in Baxter, don't go back too often. Just getting my old home place ready for sale. So I've not got a good listing of the current dealer/stores in the area. But did spot several on South Jefferson early Saturday morning.

Only stopped at the one, The Page Turner, at 728 S. Jefferson. Rather cluttered to messy, but good selection, friendly people, and not a "book snob," That is, didn't give me any grief over reading choices. In fact they were quite knowledgeable and helpful.

If you are already in the area, I'd give them a try.

It looks like The Page Turner is near Walmart. I sometimes stay at the HIE at that exit. I've added it to my itinerary. Thanks.
