Thinking about C&R

Oh, the CZ 82 is DEFINITELY on my list. Saw the thread recently where the guy had refinished one and put some wood grips on it. That is one sexy firearm.

Get the CZ! They clean up very well. I posted a thread about the restoration of mine and Reg has one up as well.

Yours is the one to which I was referring. May I say "Bravo"!

But as I said, all purchases are on hold until the missus finds another job. Still have a house to run after all.

Thank you.

Same here, only I told myself I wouldn't spend more money on guns for the moment, until my gun store owner sent me an e-mail saying he had finally gotten a Sub 2000 in. :wall:

I could be wrong but I thought the tbi check nullified the requirement of the bound book log for c&r qualified purchases prior to being licensed

Never heard of that one. Like most things that deal with the government, it's just a gray area. I like to err on the side of caution and recommend that all C&R firearms be entered into the bound book.
