The programmable/rotating targets sound really cool. I'll definitely have to check this place out when it opens.

Guns & Leather has those, too.

Yeah, but they're a long drive from my neck of the woods. This will be much closer.

Range and membership prices seem a little steep. Might browse the retail section, but doubt I'll be in it for the range. I'm sure it's nice and has that new range smell, I stick with fighting off the ticks and shoot the fields around the shop.

I would imagine a setup like that would set you back somewhere in the neighborhood of about 3Mil $. So you are looking at a large investment. If you had the cash on hand it would not be so bad.. Or if you had some investors (I like to stay away from the banks). So I am not sure how long it would take for you to recover your investment. Also, with that size of operation I would say that you would have to shoot for a 20% on firearms and 75% markup on accessories.

The you have the whole deal of inventory, yea you buy it and better turn it. Inventory is a cash flow killer.. But needless to say it looks great, can’t wait to see it open.. and I am ready for the range…

Oh, yea and quietguy you are in the groove brother…
