I'm sure others will pipe in, but the next time I am in Nashville on a weekday, I will be stopping by Eastside Gun Shop (The Rabbi's shop).

Well for the best selection & I hate to say it would be Franklin Gun shop. They have the largest most diverse selection around here along with the highest prices.

Theres the Rabbi @ Eastside gun shop not a super huge selection but he has quality & great prices & hes a pretty cool old dude. Not to far from there is Goodlettsville Gun shop its a nice little shop also. Theres Specialty Arms in Lavargne decent selection ok prices & then theres Nashvilles Famous Gun City USA Ill let someone describe them to you or another hot topic on this board is Rick Useltons screw the Gun owners store I would drive by there honk the horn & give the the your #1 finger. I doubt youll find the LCP though. Theres alot folks lookin for them. I just happened to get lucky when I got mine.

Rabbi and then a short jaunt north to Glockmeisters shop, Goodletsville Gun shop and since your within a few miles, run on up to Guns and Leather in Greenbrier. Total drive time from Rabbi to G&L (minus drool time at each shop) is less than 45 minutes if traffic cooperates.

I saw Rick's ugly mug in the city paper the other day....

Its amazing what people will support if it means more money for them. *glare*

If you want a shop that's likely to have what you're looking for, make the trip to Guns & Leather in Greenbrier. In my opinion, they're the best all around gun shop. Very few will have their selection, and most can't/won't beat thier prices.

Bellshires Hardware, on Dickerson Rd. (yes, they sell guns) has always been able to beat the prices of everyone around (when I was looking for something), but they lack the selection. I don't mind waiting a day or two for the savings I get with them.

Since gas is roughly $3.50/gallon, I'd suggest calling around first. if you're only interested in the LCP, I wouldn't spend $50 in gas, simply to find out no one has one.

Again, Guns & Leather and Bellshires would be my first choices. Guns & Leather is more likely to have one in stock. They had 3 of them when I was there last, but they sold right away.

Happy Hunting.

Well said. It's a nice store, nice folks, and you should definitely stop by if your stops include the Franklin area. Like eyebe said, they have a crap-ton of guns, but on every pistol I've priced for myself, they are $50+ more than any other store in the area.

Guns and Leather in Greenbrier. http://www.lgsto.com/rangereviews.htm

From here, you'll get a map and their website. The prices are great, range is automated, fulltime gunsmith and master leathersmith on staff (Jeff from Specialty Arms).
