Has anyone seen one or had the chance to play with one? Looking into a new carry gun and wanted to get opinions on these. Of course if there are none to be found, then it really doesn't matter.

I saw one at Gander Mountain a while back. Felt nice but obviously I didn't shoot it. If I was going to buy a compact 9mm I would look into the new Sig p938. I thought the Solo was kinda if heavy for its size. I also didn't see much advantage over just carrying a glock 26 or M&P 9c.

I got to handle it at the Murfreesboro gun show. I like Kimbers, but wasn’t impressed with the solo at the price range it was in. I already had an M&P40C and was looking for something smaller. I went with the Kahr MK40. It’s smaller than the solo but because it’s all stainless it weighs more.

I handled one for a few minutes a couple of month's ago in TN Gun Country that a customer had brought in. The overall fit and finish were excellent, as was the weight and balance, it was a small handful of a 9mm pistol. With the right pant's and pocket's it is every bit a pocket pistol, not as thin as my Ruger Lc9 but height and length wise it was smaller. The trigger pull was pretty smooth and even, I liked it quite a lot and was suprised to see something like this from Kimber. All of this aside the overall reliability and how it does on a qualification course are something I'd like to know more about.

Have handled a coupld of them now. They arent worth the price no night sights. Pretty heavy triffer. Its also about the same size as the LC9 so its still kind of a big for a pocket pistol. Holdon for the sig 938 and compare them.
