The Israelis have always been very innovative in their fighting equipment. I guess that is what you get when you are in a constant war or under threat of destruction.

Looks like they are taking the injured guy right on into combat instead of out of harms way ?

Nice....This looks like it could help save a lot a lives just by the fact that it keeps more people in action, instead of having to use a soldier capable of fighting to carry a wounded individual back to the "safe zone" the old fashioned way you could, (if the injuries to the soldier allowed you the time) perhaps finish the building search and set up for evac on the rooftop or whatever the situation allowed.
