Homemade Kydex Holster for Kahr CW9

So I'm at it again. This holster took 4 min to form and establish the look I wanted, the straps and way of securing it to belt 3 hrs to get right, lol. Definitely not a fast process for the first one.

Couldn't find any other material other than nylon webbing for straps.

How are you forming them out of a single sheet, are you heating the kydex and then folding it over the firearm before it goes into the press? I'm looking at starting to do it myself. Where are you located, would you be willing to walk a news through the process one afternoon? I'll bring ya beer!

How big is your press? I want to make one for my S&W 625.

I also want to make one for my Cold Steel Gladius. What size kydex do you use?
