So far, I'm impressed by Springfield

Well the extractor broke in my previously owned 9mm xdm, so with hesitation I called Springfield Armory's 1-800 number. I had hoped just to buy the extractor and do it myself, I think I could get it done. They do not give out that part is what I was told. But she e-mailed me a shipping label, and it got dropped off at FedEx this afternoon. There was never a "original owner" question asked by them. So far, they have been excellent, but lets see how it goes.......

I don't think you'll be disappointed with them. I've never had an issue with any of my Springfield guns, my contact with them has been for manuals and foam for the boxes. I found them to be pleasant to speak with and swift to get what I wanted to me. Of course I had to purchase the box foam though.

oh yeah their customer service is great...they have sent me free minor parts quite a few times with no questions asked and no charges
