(Cleveland) Bradley Square Mall CCP

I was under the impression (from the Lead Mine Gun Club) that the mall was off limits. However they don't post many of the entrances, I believe the only one that is "posted" is the front. All that is posted at the front is a "rule".

Should be good to go shouldn't I?

The law requires all entrances used by the public to be posted. If that not is the case, the technically it is legal to carry there. But it will be up to the LEO if you have to prove that to him or the judge if one becomes involved.

I've open carried in Bradley Square several times and never had a problem.Could just be dumb luck,so don't get mad at me if YOU have any trouble.

Come to a mall in Memphis and you will carry a gun. I think some of the malls have some set of rules but nothing that makes it illegal to carry.
