One step further, please. I advocate the return to working prisoners, not at some make-work project; but in a hard labor setting. Let's make prisons a place not to go, rather than a light slap on the wrist and a vacation with meals and tv.

I think they should post a sign on his vehicle door that says "Drinking and driving prohibited". It works so well with gun crime.

A friend of mine, his father, and I were having a discussion about labor with prisoners. We were headed down to Huntsville and passed a bunch of fields and said you know it would cut costs if the prisons could grow produce. For prison use and for sale purposes, it would keep produce local and money local.
