The .17 Swift or Fireball I think, Dolomite had it on here in an earlier post I think.

Yeah I saw that. I was just being funny, with no smiley face my humor was unnoticed, lol. I think 2600 would be max from the research I have done.

They really need a sarcasm font. I'm known for being extremely sarcastic and dry, but for some reason it never comes across well is text... 4,000 fps out of a rimfire would be scary.

Not as cheap as .22, but not the most expensive stuff either. Gander mountain loves their 45-70, 50 something dollars a box.

I can cast and reload a box for less than $2. The market is irrational.
