Vortex customer service GREAT!!!!

had a disgreement with optics planet on a return of a Vortex HS 1 x 4 no fault of the scope. i was just unsure about me and the recitle. i never clamped down but the day i decided to return it i put it in place on my AR and held in place with my hand. so they would not refund my money. do to it being mounted and having ring marks. i told them to show me but they could not get it to show up in a picture. i contacted Vortex and without question they took the scope back and credited optics planet and then they gave me my money back. then Vortex sent me 2 t-shirts and 2 hats.
