I carry a P2000 .40SW V3 whenever I'm not carrying my Wilson.

I have the 23 and 27 also. Very good handguns for carry. The 40 S&W is my caliber of choice.

What works for you may be different so you have to decide.

If you ever want to put it in a pocket, or on your ankle, the G26 is the largest one that will work (or the G27, if you like .40 cal, which I don't). For all around general purose, fun to shoot, conceal IWB or OWB only, the G19 may be your best option. As far as the grip extensions on the G26 mags, I keep one mag with the extension, but carry a mag without extension in the weapon (conceals better). You really don't miss the little finger on the grip when you shoot, after a while.

To sum up, G26 if you ever plan on ankle or pocket carry with a Glock. G19 otherwise.

"Best" is totally subjective. You will love a 19, though...

No it's not. A G19 in a CTAC. That's the best for everybody. Some guys just need to mess around with those skinny metal guns for a couple of decades before it gets figured out.

I wasted a couple of years with those high-dollar german guns before I figured it out myself.
