I was going to renew my subscription, but the radio buttons for each option are not working. Any ideas?

Try now. If it doesn't work, PM me your password so I can sign in as you and see the problem firsthand. If you don't want to do that, well... I dunno how I'm going to troubleshoot it if you don't.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to start anything, just wanted some help. I actually have a job too, but I do check the forums daily because I enjoy it.

The buttons still don't seem to be working...

Thanks. I just signed in as you and checked. The radio buttons are working for me. I'm not sure if this is a web browser issue, perhaps, or what. I'm using Firefox if that helps.

Must be a browser issue, I used Google Chrome and the buttons were there. Thanks for your help.

I updated to Internet explorer 9 and now all is working well.

Very strange but thank you for confirming. I'll have to see if the subscription module's author knows about the problem.
