The Soft Touch finish passes the T-100 Rub Test. Whatever that is.....

I have had the ST finish on my Glock for almost 2 months and have cleaned it 2 or 3 times.

No issues yet. I did pay attention not to soak the Lower with excessive cleaner/lube.

As far as wear, it hasn't shown ANY wear from indexing from the Fobus Holster....

The CF G22 had a blemish from a Serpa Holster at the trigger guard. That's where the most abuse comes from with Kydex style holsters.

i know some shops (ie.KC-Coatings) put a clear cerakote/durakote over the hydrographics to make it last longer. Did the guy in Clarksville do that?

Nope!

The Ceracote/Duracoat has a tendency to dull & darken the color & pattern.

I use 4-8 coats of Soft Touch Urethane finish.

I know the next pattern I'm using for a GLOCK!

Carbon Fiber!!
