Bianchi Accumold - SHRUNK?

I have a Bianchi Accumold holster made for L-Frame SW revolvers that I purchased around 94-95 and wore daily until about 8 years ago. It's been in my holster drawer for the last 8 years and it has shrunk.

I've never heard of a "plastic" Accumold shrinking before. Anyone else?

It has reduced enough to be very difficult - but not impossible - to holster and reholster.

Besides leaving the revolver in the holster for an extended period, any suggestions regarding getting it back to useable condition?

Something about being stored in a drawer....my pants do the same thing!

Thanks... I'll try the hair dryer thing and then the sock thing if the first doesn't work.

To stretch a holster before i have put sock over the gun and shoved it in the holster. Let it sit for a day or 2.

Used two socks and left it for a week. Stretched it out nicely. :D Fits well, still a bit snug, but nicely snug.
