Depends...do you like interchangeable backstraps and a frame that has different texture adding a little more grip or are you fine with a standard gen 3 frame? For me personally Im fine with gen 3's.

I like the grip frame of the Gen4 Glock 19 much more than the Gen3 Glock 19 and I've owned and carried Glock's since 1990 with a Glock 19 being my first Glock purchase.

Gen4.....I'm slowly replacing my Gen3's with the Gen4's.....nothing wrong either way, I just really like the way the grips are on the Gen4's......Under stress, sweat, mud or water, I can hold on to my Gen4's better then my Gen3's with any type of grip tape or rubber sleeve.....
