Next IDPA at ORSA?

Recommended Posts

Well, I got me a new job and no longer work EVERY Saturday - WOOHOO!!!

I have done one IDPA and it's the most fun I've had shooting.

Want to do it again, so what's happening at ORSA?

I am also interested in the 3-gun, but don't have an AR / AK, but a HiPoint 995...

You can use a revolver (I do), but you won't beat the speedsters w/ autos. It's fun! To learn more about the matches, check out the ORSA action pistol web site (also the ORSAIDPA website).

I shoot there for IDPA I was just wondering about the steel challenge. I never shot that before Trying to get some practice in before the FL IDPA state match

Go to steelchallenge.com for rules and details. It is great practice. Each stage has an array of 5 plates. Shoot them as fast as you can. You do each stage 5 times and throw out your slowest time. Plan on shooting 150-200 rounds. I shoot a 22 and its a lot of fun. You can also shoot pistol caliber carbines/rifles if you want.
