Sounds like they are following in the footsteps of SIG. I would love to hear a review of one. I checked out S&W's website though and I don't think I would pay the MSRP for one. But then again I would never pay MSRP for any firearm.

It was announced before the SR22 but it will be interesting to see how they compare over the long term

Im interested in the pistol but somewhat disappointed that it does not feature the same backstraps in comparison to the full size and compact m&p's. If i coiuld practice in with the same platform i carry with the exception of caliber i would buy one in a new york min.

i have one havent got to shoot it much feels real close to a real mp with mediun back strap it is made by walther and uses the same parts its just a restocked and longer barrelled p22.i like mine so far. should be able to get it way bellow msrp.
