Dunno. Thought the second guy was an actor doing a spoof on the first guy who was a real Jerry Springer candidate (funny spoof for my demented sense of humor). But what do I know? Still believe the moon landings were real so it proves how gullible I am.

That's how I saw it as well. Senses of humor are different and guess the second video just wasn't funny to some folks, which is fine. I enjoy the absurd. That second spoof was in The Onion territory for premium ridiculousness.

My daughter is just finishing up an education degree. Emailed her links to the two videos figured she would think they were funny. She enjoyed the videos as expected.

My daughter is still young enough I would have expected her to be more sympathetic to that guy's embarrassed daughter and less sympathetic toward the dad. Need to ask her more of her opinion, but her email reply seemed more sympathetic to the dad than daughter, which was surprising.

Kinda agreeing with casual observations the day I saw the first video-- Spot checking responses, saw several young people I would have bet money would be anti-the-dad, actually responding pro-the-dad and anti-the-daughter. On the other thread of our hard-tail conservative gun-nut opinions-- Was surprising that maybe a higher percentage of this membership was anti-the-dad than the young people responses I've seen so far. Unless my spot-checking was accidentally skewed enough to defy the odds of sampling. Wasn't exactly trying to be rigorous about it.
