Regarding the TGO Logo and our Trademark

Lately there have been a rash of threads where members have discussed the desire to have more TGO logo'd merchandise produced. I would like to remind everyone of the VERY important fact that our logo is my trademarked property and belongs solely to this web site. No one may reproduce it in ANY form without my consent and without license being granted to them.

Further, NO ONE is licensed to use the TGO logo except for me. That is the way it will stay. Anyone who attempts to do so and offer stickers, hats, shirts or other merchandise or memorabilia will be pursued and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

This may sound harsh, but here's the deal: The TGO brand is a commodity like any other. I have worked tirelessly to grow it into what it is today. It stands to reason that I will protect the image of this site and the use of our logo through any and all legal means necessary.

I appreciate your cooperation on this matter and sincerely hope that TGO's members will help me in protecting our brand by reporting anyone whom they see producing any TGO related merchandise.
