Making the decision to obtain a carry permit and taking the time and expense to do the classwork and range time is a serious undertaking. I'm always pleased to learn another person has gone to this effort to legally carry. I will suggest to you that further investments of time and money in training courses and range practice are prudent as well. Good luck to you.

expense is what slows me down, as well as most young men with families. I needed my "own" firearm and HCP, so it took me about 3 months to save enough for a decent gun and safety class and app fee. I recieved my permit today, so "goal" completed!
