I couldn't find any info, so I asked

FN has an Implied Warranty-meaning that as long as our product is not Modified or Abused, we will Service the product for Five years from the Date of Purchase.

We do not have a Warranty Card, just save your receipt.

Thanks for the info.

Not quite like a good company like Kel-Tec is it? Lifetime warranty, fully transferable. No hassle returns and quick repair. :)

My understanding is as long as you own the gun and do not modifiy or abuse it and it breaks they will fix it. IF it breaks and it is a known issue the will fix it. Thats is my understanding.

So if you sell it, the warranty disappears....

I had a Five-seveN. I liked it but I sold in within six months. So the warranty to the guy I sold it to failed to exist. Right?

No reason for that.

But mostly I was tweaking the Kel-Tec haters. :)

Bob is a good guy. He personally calls or responds very quickly to any problem or question. He is also active on the FN forum to answer potential questions. So far i would give them a big thumbs up....even though I haven't had any need for CS from FN.

I don't want to sound like an FN basher.

I think their products are right up there very close to H&K. Not quite there,.but close.

But who in their right mind keeps up with sales receipts? Not me. Forget it and I'm about as professional as it comes.

Warranties from reputable companies should be for life. IMO.Whoever is the current owner. Less than that is an indication of an expectation of failure.

Some of the guns Ive bought NIB from a dealer I never even got a reciept for. Its always been cash & carry unless it was at a chain/box store.
