They are positioning themselves towards the anti gun crowd saying that the only reason they agree with it is for hunting purposes.

They all suck. None of them is going to come out and say that the 2nd is an individual right until the supreme court says so.

That's like saying the Free Speech is only applicable to the spoken word... since printing, writing and typing makes it too easy for people to spread ideas to too many people.

Oh well, it seems there's always somebody willing to keep the collective intelligence of the human race down to a manageable level... Why do they seem to always succeed in politics though?

what do these candidates think the guys to there left and right in the cheap suits carrying guns are doing sports shooting or hunting. no their there to protect them from the bad guys that tries to harm them. just like the reason i carry my gun to protect my self and my family

2a does not have one thing to do with hunting.

I promise you as soon as they make your AR's and auto loaders illegal they are coming after your hunting rifles.

kind of like England? they outlawed swords late last year. also the police in England now have the right to enter your domain and take your possessions in order to pay for PARKING TICKETS!

Crime is out of control in England, pretty much like DC and Chicago...

but guns are baaad!:koolaid:

Duh, the peasants haven't earned the privilege of self-defense. We're not important enough or trustworthy enough. We're all just one snide comment away from snapping and going on a killing spree. Guilty until proven innocent- it's the American way, right? uhhh...

Real simple if a candidate does not believe in your second amendment rights don't vote for him. Republicans give enough lip service to the 2a folks to get votes and thats as far as they normally go. the dems, well hell there commies mostly.

Hillary said after the Oboma slip, she supports the 2nd,that her father took her out when she was a little girl and taught her how to shoot

Ok,so Ill vote for Hillarys father now,but I still will not vote for her!

Sounds kinda like our very own Darf in Nash

I for one am so glad the founding fathers of this nation had the fore sight to give me the right to hunt in the 2nd amendment to the bill of rights. And apparently small game at that cause I must be to lazy to lug a deer (actually I'm to lasy to get up at 4 am in 0 degree temp).

Over 200 years later in a war with a faceless enemy who commits acts of terror on civillian populations my government can and will protect me.

I just have to face off with the Rabbits and squirrels.

Of all this I'm not so sure.
