Well, after selling off all of my Bass equipment because I just couldn't play anymore and after finding out that my "problem" was a Vitiman D Deficeiency and taking 50,000 IU a week for the last couple Months I'm starting to feel like my old self again so I picked up a Epiphone MM-30 Mandolin and some of the "extras" that go with it. I've only had it for a couple days and I'm already starting to pick up playing it. Guess some of the stuff I learned "way back when" playing the guitar and, as of late, the bass has helped me to play.

I just wonder if there's any Bluegrass pickers in the Crossville area that'd like to try and get together sometime and play? Even some newer players that have a fiddle, banjo, guitar, ext. would be fun to get together with since I'm a "newbie" too, LOL. Anyway, PM or e-mail me if you're in the area and would like to jam sometime. Talk to ya' later.

It's a fairly high caliber mando since Gibson oversees the quality control on the Epiphone line that's made in China.

This one had a "Made in China" sticker on the headstock, so I'm pretty sure that's where it was made at. Also, I sent Jerry an e-mail Mike, thanks, hopefully he'll know a few people that'd like to get together and pick a bit.
