That is correct WWMike. Once screening starts, you must complete it or be arrested.

That's what I've read too. Don't want to deprive them of finding their first bomb.

From the reports, I have heard, he requested to go back thru the scanner. The TSA refused, and required a pat down. The Senator then supposedly pulled out his cell phone and called the Head of the TSA, to request a clarification. This, supposedly, irritated the TSA agents there, who then refused him. Kind of a "respect my authoritah" response.

I just wish it would happen to enough Senators/ House Reps to get the TSA leashed.

The question is, why did he go thru the screening? I thought the Congress gave themselves a free pass to get by the screening.

A LOT of them have that. Almost got me locked up in Dallas. I came real close to decking the little twerp.

Regarding a "frequent flier" program, a terrorist only needs to fly alot to get that designation and THEN walk through packing explosives, right? They seem to be waiting however long it takes to plan something out. What's a hundred trips of pointless flying compared to achieving your endgoal? We've seen that they have the money.

Moving on, what a big to do about nothing. Rand needs to stop whining, follow the rules and get on with it just like all the little people like us have to do.

Oh, by no means do I want him to quit "whining" about it. How can we ever expect any change to occur unless people continue to complain about it? Hopefully BHO will be gone next January, and the Senate has flipped to the GOP. Maybe then some of these stupid regulations can be stopped, but it will still take the action of public to keep the issue alive.

I watched the first 20 seconds of that until the guy said the gov't staged 9/11. If I wanted to listen to blathering morons... yadda yadda yadda... Alex Jones is a blathering moron.

That one is right up there with "we didn't land on the moon" conspiracies.

Was JFK killed by our own government? I believe he was.

Did we really land on the moon? I honestly don't think we did.

I'm not big into conspiracy theories and such...but I do have my beliefs on certain subjects.

Personally, I don't know why so many people get riled-up about Alex Jones. I do not like him and disagree with him on most issues, but he really doesn't affect me because I just won't listen to him.

JFK and Bobby were both after the mob. I've always figured they popped both of them.

HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO A PRO-LIFE CONVENTION!

Planned Parenthood is involved in this I KNOW!, heck I'll bet BHO orchestrated this devious plan. Rand is lucky he's still alive. The bigger plan was to take him out which in turn would take his Daddy out to the election process.

I don't think people are "riled up"...he was being commented on because a link to him was posted above. In the video, from his comments, he is a 9/11 Truther. Now, everybody is free to think what they want but I won't wast my time listening to someone I consider a moron. :stunned:

He will. I have watched several senatorial inquiries and he has made Pistole look like an a$$ on several occasions.

I still don't see what all the fuss is about...I think we all know and have known for a LONG TIME that the TSA is out of control (not to mention inefficient, ineffective and and a few other things I could say)...this is but one of many, many, many examples of the idiocy that IS the TSA.

Moreover, I'm not going to spend one moment feeling sorry when some member of Congress (either house) gets caught up in the nonsense laws and rules and federal bureaucracy the rest of us have to contend with every damn day.
