NYPD begins testing long-distance gun detector as alternative to physical searches.

I thought it was already brought up before but may have been another forum I read. The other one is a LE forum and most agree it seems to be a clear violation of rights. New York is just nuts I use to want to visit there to see some sights but I can honestly say I could care less to ever visit it now.

I would think that this would fall under the same SCOTUS ruling that said helicopter with FLIR can not fly around looking for hot houses with indoor dope grows.

At this point with the anti gun stance of NY, IL and CA legislators this doesn't surprise me at all.

At least they are separated and aren't trying to create a coordinated or unified front to violate our liberties.

Oh wait its election season - the temp will change on this issue soon.
