Sig Scorpion 1911 Holster

I am looking for a holster for my Scorpion. It is a full size 1911 with a rail, and as you may know, most of the Sig 1911s have a more squared off slide top than traditional 1911s. This can affect holster fit in some cases. I have a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB holster that it fits, but that carry style doesnt always work for me. Oddly my other Sig, a 1911 Carry model fits in that holster just fine too and it doesnt have a rail. I have a OWB Don Hume leather holster that fits the Sig Carry quite nicely, but the Scorpion wont even go inside it at all, because of the rail. In the past, for other guns, I have been assured by salesmen that thi holster or that holster WILL fit this or that gun and then it didnt fit enough times, that I despise ordering online. I prefer to actually test the fit before buying. The style I am looking for is OWB, preferably leather, not kydex, open top, not with a strap or snap, and i prefer the holster to cover the bottom of the gun so nothing sticks out, and also for it to have a piece that goes between the upper part and my skin. My current Don Hume has that, but like I said, it wont fit. Anyone have any ideas? I'm almost ready to take the Scorpion to a custom holster maker.

I dont have a ''custom'' made leather but my p229, g32, g19, g23 OWB leathers work for my scorpion carry.. the carry is a little thinner but not much. and on my body it has awesome retention..

I'm in this same situation, I recently fell in love with the Scorpion Carry model. And then a few weeks later, discovered that the both the Full Size and Carry models have been released in TB (Threaded Barrel). While I love the Sig has expanded this 1911, the holster question does present a problem. I was checking out Raven holsters due to their wide selection available with a wide variety of tac light/laser combinations, however they specifically state, Sigs do not work in their holsters. Looks like I may have to go the custom route as well.

I found a leather Don Hume H721OT NO 10-4 1/4" OWB that my Sig Carry(without rail) fits like a glove in. I read on a different gun board that a Don Hume leather OWB H721 OT foir a 5' Sprinfield Operator with rail fits a full size scorpion. I emailed Don Hume and asked them but havent heard anything back yet. Problem is I cant find one locally to try...I'm going to look at the Gun Show sat in Nash as there is usually a Don Hume holster guy there.Ill post here any results.
