there just must be something about ruger .22's .. i own a 10-22 and a MkIII 22/45 and now my wife has fell in love with the looks of the sr22 and wants one for her first handgun... gotta admit i wanna get my hands on one myself and knowing Ruger im sure it will be one of the better .22 pistols out there

I like it but not the upside down safety. Pressing it up to fire is gonig to cause all kinds of problems for me if I were to shoot this often. Or I could just forget about using a safety, my finger has worked pretty well as my safety so far.

Well, Beretta NEOS is that way; heck the Beretta FS/M9 is too.

Ain't a big deal to me, but then again, I don't carry a 1911 to possibly get muscle memory confused either.

Got one abot a week ago now and loving it , use it for my carry permit class which was my third time out with it. After second target had all in center going to be a fun gun to play with.

Yeah, when I said Beretta FS, meant the 92FS. I have one but don't carry it. Have NEOS also.
