It sounds like an interesting plaything. PLR-16 and some of the related kel-tec rifles are kinda like AK actions that use AR mags. Those seem to work good enough.

Haven't shot an FN S2000 but holding one doesn't feel as ergonomic as an STG or AUG and of course the price is high. The Tavor looks ergonomic.

Followed this for a long time on arfcom and then finally just gave up. Kind of like the MSAR pistol caliber bullpups that never made it to production.

I like bullpups. I wanted an STG-556 but it seemed to me that MSAR could not seem to get them running. I have seen a couple that ran, but several more that didn't. If I thought my luck was better I would buy one now. But it's not and I don't know if there is a chance of getting it fixed given MSARs current condition. I have an FN FS2000 and like it. Although I rarely shoot it.

Looking forward to seeing the actual street price on these. Of course it will be summer 2013 before we will be able to get one. Let's face it, these will be out after the election. Depending on how that goes, it may get ugly again. And even if not, look what the KSG is going for. Based on that alone these will be outrageous. I paid over two grand for my FS2000, I would not do that again. If this one is not under $1500 I will not give it a second look.

Have considered turning one of my .223(5.56) Saigas into a bullpup, BUT the available stocks looked clunky and expensive. Have an AR in the stable now, but only one STANAG converter, my ugliest Saiga would have sweat beads forming if it could read my mind... Thanks for posting, I know from reading your build posts how excited Paletiger is:)
