I like it! That article makes it seem like the XDS would be a pocket gun. I think I want a P938...

I'm not a groupie... and I'm really not interested, either... XD's don't do a thing for me... :)

Very cool. Overall it's actually tiny bit smaller (although heavier) than my S&W 649. I don't see myself switching out for it, but I hope they have a successful product here.

I'm interested and I AM an XD groupie.

I rather carry 6-7 9MM rounds over a 45,but the gun looks sweet

Yea, I'm waiting for the 9/40 versions most likely.

I have owned XD's and like to shoot them . The only thing I dont like are the grip safety and the roll pins . But with this one , I will let those two negatives fly out the window . I AM VERY EXCITED !

I just hope the price isnt very much . Surely it will be less than than the fullsizes .

Also I am very interested at how it has an external extractor . All the rest of the HS200's and XD's have an internal extractor .

.

I bet it will be the same price as the XD 45's which will be just a few dollars less than a Glock 36. You right, it should be less than a fullsize though.

I really dig it. Can't wait to get my hands on one. I'm also hoping for a 9mm but if they don't make one, I'll settle for the 45.

I really like my LC-9 which delvers 7+1 9mm rounds. I also like the XD line of pistols. I own an XD-45 and XDm-40. For now I will keep carrying the LC-9.

I bought a Glock 36 but did not like it and sold it. I will keep an eye on this pint size 45 because I like the concept.

I have always liked xd's but this is something else. I will start saving my pennies for this right now so i can pick one up when they do become available.

Now if xd would just chamber a few of their. 45acp platforms in 10mm i would be content.

I personally have a glock 36 and this still interest me so there is my two cents.

The new XDS looks pretty nice, smaller than a glock 36 I believe...

Still not as small as Kahr P45, though, at least in length, and same capacity. Can't find height of XDS, so can't compare that.
