Type 99 long rifle with Mum intact

I acquired this Arisaka type99 long rifle last year from a friend for a pretty good deal. I hunted all winter with it. Id like to know what it's worth, since it does still have the mum intact, i know this is rare. It has been stained within the last ten years. Missing the bipod, airplane sight wings. The Serial numbers do Not match. I do have the metal butt plate it just needs to be remounted.

reloading is your friend. I can reload 7.65 for about 0.50 per round, which is still ugly but not too bad for an obsolete caliber rifle. Most of that is the bullet, which costs about 30 cents each unless you use cast lead, which I am unwilling to do in this particular gun.
