I set the DVR for series record. I thought it was pretty good. There seems to be a rash of new shows that show there are some writers out there intent on redeeming themselves for the whole "reality tv" heresy we've had to put up with.

Maybe this will run for a while until the next season of Falling Skies picks up this spring. Sadly, it appears we can kiss Terra Nova goodbye.

Daytime TV is the pitts. When I'm at home, the dvd collection is a lifesaver. Lately Dollhouse/Sanctuary/Life with Damien Lewis/Primeval/MI5/Firefly and stored copies of a lot of BBC shows. When these run out, I'll start on the Babylon 5 that I've been meaning to watch again just to see if it's as good as I remember.

True, but at least we are offerred something else to watch that isn't as mindnumbingly offensive as most of the latest spate of shows on the Big 3 networks.

And yes, you, I and my wife are looking forward to Justified tomorrow night. Heck, I think she would rather watch him run around in those tight jeans and cowboy hat than see me do it.:screwy:

Grimm is a great show. Person Of Interest and Nikita are the ones I have to watch.

Pisses me off that Chaos and Combat Hospital were nixed.

Falling Skies is great. Can't wait for that to come back.

What makes you think Terra Nova is done? Fox has said that the show is profitable. I actually enjoyed it.

I thought Chaos was fantastic. They aired it out of order and never promoted it though and so it got nixed. Person of Interest was a little too slow for me so I didn't stick with it.

Flashpoint was bought by a different production company. They are supposed to start filming new episodes this year.

Southland starts up tonight. I've watched it for a couple of years and like it.

I thought Southland was one of the best cop shows ever. But I couldn't stick with it when they moved to TBS or TNT or whatever. I need to see if its on Netflix so I can get caught up.
