The White House has a website to create/sign petitions.

You need to create a whitehouse.gov account to use it, but that is easy.

Your first name, last initial, and city and state are displayed on the petition, but that is not enough for HSUS to track you

down and hassle you.

go here to sign the petition. The petition needs 23,000 more signatures to be noticed, so feel free to forward this email to your friends and other dog lovers.
